In today’s day and age, most everyone has a smartphone, and with our unique mobile application, you can now give your clients the ability to provide you with their tax information at their leisure from their cell phone or tablet.

Your customers can download the app from the Google Play Store or iTunes. Create an account, input basic information, upload their tax documents by taking pictures through the app and, that’s it! All the information and documents entered into the app automatically pulls into our software. You then use the provided documents to prepare the return. Once you have completed the return, you can send the signature request to your customer through the software, and your customer will sign the documents via the app.

Additionally, your customer has the ability to chat with you directly through the app. Your customer can initiate the message, or if you have additional questions, you can start the conversation. This is an excellent solution for out of state customers!
